Access backend any time you have a need for it. You would have purchased the event module (once-off payment) and published the event via Web Access backend. You still only pay a site maintenance annual fee of R499 (VAT exclusive). You pay only for what you need and how you wish to use it.

By the time you need permanent access to your backend and have implemented several functionality modules you have taken your website to a commercial level. This means that your website is generating money. You will then apply for permanent Web Access backend. At this point you will be paying R1200 (VAT exclusive) Web Access backend and R499 (VAT exclusive) site maintenance fees on an annual basis.

Permanent Web Access backend is payable on a monthly basis via debit order.

Annual domain name renewal is absolutely free. The combined fee of Web Access backend plus site maintenance is still less than what most reliable hosting cost from other reliable service providers.
